From Chur there is a hiking signpost which we can follow to Castasegna: Via Sett. It is marked with a light green sticker with the number 64.
Sights and Facts
| Km 4 | Passugg. This place is well-known for its Passugger mineral water. The wells in the Rabiosa Gorge were first mentioned in 1562 and were rediscovered in the 19th Century. Since 1951 mineral water has been bottled and distributed from here.

| Km 7 | Malix. At the end of the 12th Century Castle Strassberg was constructed on a hill to the south of this village. It was later taken over by the Barons of Vaz and formed the centre of a small dominion. Its ruins are all that remain of it today.
The Protestant Church goes back to a medieval establishment which was dedicated to Gall. |
| Km 11.5 | Churwalden. The origins of this settlement most probably derive from a donation from the Churwalden Monastery in 1150. The first church of the then monastery of the Prämonstratenser was located near the bridge over the River Rabiusa. In the first half of the 13th Century it was built where it now stands, over a pre-romanic previously existing building, and consecrated to St Michael.

| Km 14.5 | Parpan. Although Lenzerheide was already used in Roman times as part of the transit route from Chur to Northern Italy, it became a permanent settlement only in the 13th Century under the influence of the Churwalden Monastery. The Protestant Church was dedicated to Saint Anna in 1489.

| Km 20.5 | Lenzerheide. The village of Lenzerheide was only established in the first half of the 20th century. In the 15th and 16th Centuries, however, ore was quarried from the Parpaner Rothorn. Until the end of the 19th Century, Lenzerheide was principally a pasture ground for farmers in the region.
Nowadays, Lenzerheide is well-known as a summer and winter tourist resort. It lies at around 1475 m.a.s.l. Cable cars carry the visitors to the highest mountain peak. |
